About Sam Moghadam, Esq. 

Sam Moghadam, Esq. is an associate attorney with the firm. Mr. Moghadam focuses on trust, estate, and guardianship litigation. Mr. Moghadam earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in Health Law. Prior to obtaining his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Moghadam earned his B.A. with a major in Economics from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Moghadam began his legal career as a Personal Injury attorney in South Florida before transitioning to trust and estate law, probate, and asset protection. Mr. Moghadam is a proud Palm Beach County native.

Mr. Moghadam is an active member of the Florida legal community. He is currently a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, as well as on the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law section of The Florida Bar.
