At Huth, Pratt & Milhauser, we focused on working with families to create effective estate plans that are designed to protect and preserve assets for the benefit of the intended beneficiaries in the most tax efficient and protective way possible. A comprehensive estate plan will reduce the stress, expense and time that it takes to deal with the death or incapacity of family members and loved ones.
We work with each client to specifically customize the estate plan to the client’s needs and those of the family. Together we will work towards accomplishing an estate plan that accounts for the estate planning objectives that we have discussed as it relates to specific family dynamics.
Designing and executing the estate planning documents is only half of an effective estate plan. It is just as important that one’s assets are structured to work in accordance with the estate plan that we prepare and we assist in structuring property to work within the plan instead of outside of the plan.
